Cakes By Jacques makes delicious and beautiful bespoke wedding cakes. I am also able to make cakes that are egg, dairy & gluten free.

I use good quality ingredients and my eggs are always free range (usually sourced from a local farm). I also use fairtrade products when ever possible (sugars, coffee and chocolate, spices, vanilla).

I also use unwaxed freshly zested lemons and the highest quality Vanilla extract (Madagascar bourbon pure vanilla by `Nielsen - Massey`) and high quality chocolate.

My preserves and curds are by Duchy Originals and my celebration fruitcakes contain brandy-soaked vine fruits and orchard fruits with spices including: cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and ginger.

I take considerable care and attention to ensure that my cakes look beautiful and are always fresh, moist and delicious.
